DYI Tissue Paper Wreath!

DYI Tissue Paper Wreath!

What you'll need
  • 1  round styrofoam wreath
  • 1 pack of tissue paper (whatever colors you want, I went with pastels for easter!)
  • Hot glue gun
  • Scissors
  • Something to poke holes in styrofoam, I used a pulled apart bobby pin, or knife works!

Lets get started!

  1.  Cut the tissue paper! First off I went ahead & pre cut the tissue paper, you can choose how big or small you'd like your "flowers" to be, I did 5X7 rectangles!
  2. Making the flowers! Gather (1) cut out piece of tissue paper, until you have a point at the bottom, twist the paper together making it a point!
  3. Poke a hole in the styrofoam about 1/2 diameter or pen size hole, with your knife.
  4. You can either fill the whole with the hot glue or you can place the glue on the end of the tissue paper & then place in the whole!
  5. & continue over the entire wreath, I started with the inside and worked out to the corners (so you don't squish the tissue paper when doing the sides)
  6. You can also tie a cute ribbon on your wreath or even spray with glitter to spice it up!

There you go, simple & pretty! Don't spend 30+ on wreaths anymore! You can make one for any holiday, season or occasion! Have fun! & thank you!
